I would love to come out of there with a win. This will be my first Celtics game ever :D I've been a fan since I was wee ittle bitty (THANKS FOR THE INFLUENCE GRANDMA!!!) so I'm really excited I would love for my first one to be a good one.

Thanks for the response guys. I certainly hope so, I agree if James keeps up his shenanigans and we have KG I think we pull it out.

Well that hope just got Twittered away, but it is a positive sign that he is traveling with the team.  His availability for the first round is what is important, even if he has no live games before Game 1.

You will definitely be talked to by some people.  No physical harm will come your way though.   :)

This is your first game?  Do you know where you are going?  Where to park, etc.?

Yeah I know where to go and everything, I've already been to a Cavs vs. Heat and Cavs vs. Atlanta game earlier this year so it's all good. My girlfriend is from the area sooo...

No KG, so this game has lost some of its luster.  Actually the most meaningless they'll play all year besides our fight for the 2 seed.

Still jealous that you'll be there.  They're two of the best teams in the game and it's always fun to go into enemy territory and cheer for the Celts.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Everybody here needs to give OhioCelticsFan a Tommy Point if he goes to the game and the Celtics win and deny Cleveland 40 and 1.

Then again, I would be fine if we get the roadie by the lake on Memorial Day Weekend.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

Just hope we come out of this game as healthy as we start it, in addition to giving the Cavs a spanking.

Well, I personally think this game is bigger than you make it out to be.  You could argue that the last time we beat the Cavs w/o KG, perhaps they underestimated us and were taken by surprise to some degree.  If we beat them again, just like last time, I think that's officialy a "message game".  Hey, with KG's health up in the air, the Cav's are the team to beat in the NBA right now, I for one would like to see the C's come out and play with urgency and stomp these guys.

Oh, and then there's the HC record thing.  We can't allow the Cav's to go breaking Celtics records, not on our watch.  In my mind, this is going to the the most important unimportant game of the year.

If the C's kick the Cav's butt, your lady might not like you too much that night, have you considered this?

Haha, yeah. Well, we've watched that last two C's vs. Cavs games together. And we've dealt accordingly. It's cool she doesn't have a problem with the C's and likes a few of the players so we respect each others teams. It just so happens I have the far superior team... :P at least I hope so come June :D
