C'mon, Chief said he was just holding it for someone when he got those two ounces mailed to him. You calling him a liar?

This shows you how much things have changed, but when I was a kid Chief was a customer at my (parents') bank. We would see him there from time to time doing his banking, wearing this long leather trenchcoat and these big bell-bottoms, just generally looking like a 70s-style badass.

In another sign of how much things have changed: Chief paid a $37 fine for having the dope mailed to him!
