If they didn't, thats just basically giving up on the season. Nelson is supposedly done for the year and the didn't do anything.

Looks like its gonna be a two dog race.

They traded a #1 and Brian Cook for Rafer Alston.

They got Rafer Alston, he's not going to make up for Nelson being out but he should help them more than Anthony Johnson.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

idk... Alston is just horrible. Plus, he's sort of cancer and probably does more damage than he helps.

But, with that said I wouldn't want either of them on my team.

I like the deal from Houston's end (they ended up with Lowry as the pick went to Memphis).

Interesting that Lowry was the guard Memphis ended up trading. I had thought Conley was the one they were trying to ship out. The pessimist in me says Memphis knows Lowry is their best PG, but because he's closer to extension than Conley or Crittendon, they shipped him out instead.
