Why would the Kings do that?

Sacramento would never make that deal.

I knew only Brickowski would come up with a trade idea like this, he's the only person in the world who may believe this is a somewhat fair deal. ;)

That would be sweet.  But why would the Kings do it?

they'd have to throw in Kevin Martin to make it fair

Haha! Nice, TP for the chuckle.

I don't even think they'd accept that trade on 2K let alone in real life.

Both Powe and POB are expiring contracts.  And right now, Powe is a better player than Hawes, who has lost his starting spot to the kid from Rider.

you sir, are delusional.

the 'kid from rider' is jason thompson, and they will both be starting.  Hawes at C, Thompson at Pf.

Hawes hasn't been starting.  Maybe he will after the Kings have reshuffled their roster.

Hawes has started their last 7 games.  He has started 25 of their 51 games.  Miller was the only impediment to him having started every game.  Hawes is their center of the future.

It would never happen.  Hawes has a lot of potential.  Has range too.  I'd swap him for Powe in a heartbeat but the Kings aren't that dumb.

They'd have to throw in 1996 Mitch Richmond, or I'm not interested.

Well if we're using the time machine, I'd want them to throw in the 1964 Oscar Robertson.
