  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.

Would give the Cavs a very deep frontcourt with Jamison coming off the bench.  He's always been a strong player and excellent second fiddle type guy.  I could see him getting extra motivated in Cleveland and putting up similar numbers to what he is now in fewer minutes.  Plus, he would likely be able to mesh with the team chemistry better than an Amare type player.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Jamison would really help them, but Sheed is the guy they should go after.

This is one of the thing their missing on that team. Jamison would provide the much needed front court offense . Big Z & Jamison would be dynamo.

They would definitely be the team to beat with Jamison. I doubt he's traded for just salary relief though. They'd have to through in Hickson and some other pieces.

Am I the only one who thinks your two starting bigs shouldn't have jump shots as their favorite offensive weapon? I think adding Jamison might mess with the offensive flow of Cleveland, plus it moves Big Ben or Varejo (which one of them is starting?) to the bench which hurts their defense.

"Other talks that emerged Tuesday included interest from the Portland Trail Blazers in acquiring small forward Gerald Wallace from the Charlotte Bobcats. The Blazers would package the expiring $12.7 million salary of Raef LaFrentz, and a third team could be involved. Mark this as another sign that the Blazers are investigating all opportunities."

Maybe we could steal a player here.

Jamison has been the tougher of the 2 to match up with for the Celtics.

Yup - the economic climate combined with lots of overpaid quasi-stars on bad teams and that big, fat expiring Wally contract have had me waiting for February 19th for quite awhile now.

If we don't make a move and the Cavs don't either I feel ok.  If we don't and they do, I'm going to be much more worried than I've been all season.

I echo the sentiments of whoever said Rasheed would be a good fit. Totally agree. He'd be scary with Cleveland.

Jamison is a very good player and would help them, but I don't see this as a trade that catapults them into best in the league status.

I'm not convinced Jamison is that big of a get for the Cavs.

I think that Jamison is a fantastic player, and I think adding him to the Cavs makes them the favorites (although I still have faith in the Celts!)

I agree.  I think it'd make them the favorites.  Man, how deep would they be?!  If they wanted to throw out an offensive team, Z, Jamison, Lebron, Williams, and whoever would be a freaking load to deal with.
