What in the world is going on with this team?
They're clearly exhausted and dallas is coming right at them..Im not understanding why the celtics have played more games then teams that are already on all star break...ridicolous

the officials have made a point to call it harder on boston...this has been evident several times this season...tonight included...dirk is going to get either fouled or score in the post tonight...

I agree. If this rate of games keep coming up they will have had played all the games before the last month of reg, season. They definately deserve the rest.

That is why it will be difficult to win C's best players are in foul trouble already.

While alot of the calls have been pretty horrible, the Celts are just playing terribly. Way too many offensive rebounds given up. What's with Perk's inability to firmly grasp the ball?

i can't understand why scrubs like carroll, JJ and bonner come in a play like all stars vs boston...dirk is going to get everything tonight...if boston tries to get physical he will get the foul...hard to win on back to back roadies and you can't have a balanced game

Defending champs schedule in a league DYING for a Kobe-Lebron finals.  16-5 FT disparity for a team that hardly ever goes to the line.  Carlisle thinks the Celts get away with alot of hands?  Excuse me?  The NBA is shameful in that whoever lobbies hardest gets the refs to go their way.  The Lakers clearly complained the Celts were too physical last year, a la Polian complaining about the Colts vs the Pats, came out super physical themselves, and the Celts were handcuffed.  Too much politicking.  Reggie says the C's get calls based on reputation?  The one they have developed over these many years of having this team together??

boston shouldn't even be playing tonight....cavs aren't...lakers aren't...spurs aren't....so boston plays 55 games before the break...has to play on the road on christmas....has to play the day before the all star break...has played the most back to backs of any team....how is this fair for the defending champs?

and we still have the chance to be tied for the best record in the NBA, think of how good we're going to play with all this time off.

Right, trade Scal for someone who (a) can't play C, and (b) can't play, period.

Exactly.  I hate to see us play a game like this one, but the big picture still looks pretty bright.  Now let's give the Mavs a really nasty time this second half.

+1

No way in hell would I do that trade. Scal is much more valuable to our team than Frye would ever be.

gotta stop dirk and doing that means being physical with him...don't think the refs are going to allow that
