wow, what a bunch of trash at the bottom of that rotation.

cook and bibby over house? LOL NBA, LOL.

I'm not sure why Bibby and Cook making the competition so outrageous. Bibby and Cook both have at least 19 more three pointers made and their percentages are nearly identical.

Bibby - 40.9%, 114 3PM
Cook - 41.0%, 105 3PM
House - 41.0%, 86 3PM

because theyre not celtics.

Not a popular position here, but I am not sure Eddie should have been invited.

Traditionally 3 point jump shooters don't do well in this contest and it's the set shooters who tend to win.  Eddie is a jump shooter and a streaky one at that (as we've seen).  I think if he had made it there would be a good chance he'd be out rather quickly.

and its just as likely he would have shot on a hot streak and dominated.

I'm fine with anything that will anger the celtics and get them to be motivated. Being underdogs to LA in the finals might've been an extra spark for these guys last year.

Possibly, but history has shown otherwise.  I'd rather have him rested and ready to go!

oh yea, I dont take it nearly as personally as others about the all star game.  I would prefer none of our players partake.  the injury risk is too great (however minimal it is, just a risk being there is more then i like) as well as the rest factor.

you know, it would be interesting to see the stats of the all star participants in the few games following the all star game compared to the rest of the season.  I am guessing there's a drop in performance -- but like always, I could be wrong.

I'd love to see House in this competing with Bibby, those 2 with their ties....but *sigh* the NBA selectors are BS...what's next, Yao getting invited to the H-O-R-S-E game? lol
Anything is possible!!!

Am I crazy to think that Yao would probably be pretty good at horse?

I could see that; his height could make an interesting competition out of it.
