I don't hate this unit. Especially with Scal at Center. It gives Leon room to do what he does and it keeps 3 shooters/ two slashers and a beast in the game. Also, I think it works well against Miami because of their lack of a big.

Wow...  sweet shot by Rondo.

In two years, he'll be shooting 70 3's a year.

And be a reason big name Free agents come to Boston after the Boston Three Party.

I'm scared someone is going to offer him max type money.

Truth.

like boston's size vs miami...but wade it so good....great test tonight

I don't think Ray can stay in front of him. :-\

Agreed, but can Chalmers hang with Rondo?

I doubt it, but Chalmers is very confident.

Also, I got the Miami broadcast. Boo!!! Is Cousy doing the Celtics broadcast?

I'm enjoying the Heat announcers so far.

"How come every time I hear [Scalabrine's] name, I get hungry?"

Because he has the complexion and build of mashed potatoes. And those mashed potatoes just said to "GET IT OUT!!!" at the end of the 1st quarter.

wow, is this gonna be a 10+ turnover night for rondo, calm down rajon

He'll be fine, just can't get fancy against this Heat team, they are always in the passing lanes.

He has been turning over the ball a lot lately, he must control that. It's true for other guys in the team, but Rondo has been really careless in the past 10-20 games. OTOH, he's on his way to become a 3pt specialist.
I still like our team more when he's attacking like he has been. Even with his TOs. But against better teams it'll cost us.

Meanwhile only 10 points for Miami? After we've turned it over 5 times!  :o

The expression's of Miami's players after the last few Celtics buckets .... they're already fed up and lack belief.
Yeah, might make the second half of UCONN-NOVA my primary viewing for a little while... Until the Cs game gets close again.

Fair enough. I don't even want to worry about that yet. Not til 2010-2011... Right?

Ah, the elusive Rondo-Pruitt lineup-maybe Doc does learn.

For those who care for meaningless funny stats, Rajon's currently shooting the 3 at 35.7%.   ;D

We better. It's not often you get to hand the reigns (heh) from three all-stars to another, especially at one of the two most important positions in basketball.

Wow 12 and a half minutes in, 22 point lead.

Bill Walker, you ever played an entire NBA half?
