the report says he was arrested for suspicion.  he didnt do a breath test, so it isnt known as of right now.  he did do a blood test, so the results will come soon.

i will with hold judgment until the results come in.

i agree, there is absolutely no excuse for driving under the influence.  it puts innocent people's lives at risk.

I just heard the results are not in on the blood test according to ESPN as of (9:55am EST.)

ESPN stated today that C.Barkley was found twice the legal limit for DUI,and has taken a leave of absence from TNT indefinitely.

Edit: I just don't know why he's "on leave"...probably a forced thing.  I'd like to see Toine's and JRich's BAC readings...
