lol anyone else hear donny marshall say that Marvin Williams has improved his game from being strictly a 3 point jump shooter last season? I knew that didn't sound right so I checked the stats and Williams was 1 for 10 for a 3pt shooting percentage of 10% last year. Nice call, Donny, maybe if you don't have any knowledgeable to say, you shouldn't say anything at all?

Did you see The Gentleman just rob Horford for that offensive board with the jam?! Good stuff. We need to pick up our defense though and start looking for KG and PP on the block.

Are the shot clocks gonna stop working tonight?

Wow this is ugly.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Rondo seems to be intimidated by the shot blocking capabilities of the Hawks.

I'd like to seem go at Bibby a bit more.

Bibby doesn't have the lateral quickness to stay in front of him.

Everyone on the celtics looks scared of the shot blocking, same thing in last years playoffs

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Ugh...  it's not looking pretty now.  Doc is going to get ejected if he doesn't calm down.  Maybe it's what the team needs to get fired up, though.

I'd agree that Giddens or especially Walker would be a nice changeup to throw on the court tonight.

I expect a big 3rd quarter from us once again. But once Doc puts in the second unit in the second half after our starters make a run and give us a lead.. the reserves won't be able to hold onto it and its going to come down to the wire again in the 4th..

did I mention I hate the Hawks with a passion?

Well, it's only the 2nd Q.
Don't worry, we'll win.
