Can anyone give a recap of what went down though the first 2 qtrs? Just woke up.

Really not much.  Celts made some turnovers. Hornets went up a bit. Pierce hit a couple of 3's...Celts came back, now they're flip-flopping.

It'll be a tight one.

Well that dosnt say alot about what happend during the first half.

How did the team get into such a deep end in regards to fouls?
How has Tony Allen, Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo played thus far?
Who's winning the battle of the boards?

Redz, I appreciated the breakdown from here @ work. I guess beggars can be choosers... ;)
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

That's no good... I was relieved to hear no Tyson Chandler tonight... Love Perk but he's better against strength post guys then athletic bigs... I forgot Armstrong's relatively athletic too.

I know I said this earlier, but gotta say it again -- the ref-ing tonight is horrible, at both ends of the floor.  Sometimes a ticky tack foul called, other times lots and lots of contact allowed.  I am fine with refs calling it either way, but a little consistency would be nice....

Man...A panned review of my 1st half recap.  I thought I had it a covered pretty well in vast generalities.

Details available elsewhere

Random fun fact I just learned:

Byron Scott led the NBA Champion 87-88 Lakers in scoring (21.7).

I had no idea!

Ditto -- this might be one of those games where he just takes it over to pull out the W (at this point Cs are up by 9 but I doubt it lasts).

Everytime I think we are gonna leave these guys they make plays, they are tough.

Well Pierce & Perk has been off the chain in the third' hopefully Ray Allen wont be too cold in the 4th qtr if we need him to hit something huge.
