Because it's there. Can't knock something till you try it....I personally like Anime because it feeds my sci-fi addiction and challenges my imagination.

Seriously, there's a thread like this and I missed it? I have been rewatching some of my favorites because some of those I follow are awaiting new seasons. In particular Log Horizon I cannot get enough of. Doubt its for everyone though, but there's a lot of nostalgia factor if you love to play MMORPGs. 10x better than SAO. Major is very underrated as well, its about someone's dream of playing for the Major League. Follows the story from childhood to adulthood, very up and down with all different emotions. Typical underdog story. Made me cry in some episodes.

I still watch anime. Wish there were more stuff to watch for the kids that wasn't so full of weird crush drama. Did enjoy One punch man series made me laugh.

I go to Anime conventions. But after finishing the entire Naruto series back in Nov 2014, I haven't been up to date with animes. Too bad Bleach is about to end soon.

Looks like One Punch Man is the next big thing.
