Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I'm having trouble loading a picture to my profile. Does anyone have any advice? I clicked on the button to load your own, then clicked on Browse and found the one I wanted, and clicked on Save profile (or whatever it says at the bottom) and nothing happened.
Formerly scotthp49 at the old site. Didn't have much to say last year, but I missed you guys too much.

The image needs to be pretty small.  I think somewhere in the area of 80 x 80 pixels as a max.  Try resizing the image if you know how.  If not, try posting it in a reply and someone can probably help you out.
Yup

I've had/I am having the same problem:
When I want to change my avatar, there's
nothing I can do. I use the same pics
for avatars as on CB4, so I can't figure
out where the problem is? You'd think that
I would be able to change it. Hmmmm.

I guess I'm stuck with The Finger  ;D

I seem to recall I had a similar issue with uploading the image.  I ended up just uploading the image to Photobucket then using a direct link  for the image instead.

Do I put it in "I have my own pic" or
"I will upload my own picture"?

ACF, try copying  my image in there just to see if it works

http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e93/Records1/captain1-1.jpg

then you can see if it;s just something with your image

(actually I just want to see my evil clown on someone else's account ;))

No, seriously give it a whirl
Yup

It's screwed. I tried all combinations:
Resizing etc. Nothing happens. That's a
serious flaw on CB5. I may start a petition.
Oh, well...  :)
