I think he lost the dribble 'Tony Allen' style. That's where the problems started.

Other than Rondo's mishandled fast break it has been a clinic in the second half.

Since that was his first TO of the game and he has a triple double I think we can let that one slide  ;).

That's some good basketball right there.  Keep it up for a few more minutes here and then the starters can watch the fourth from the bench.  Make a statement against one of the two teams to beat us.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

How good does it feel to see a decent NBA team gear their whole defense toward stopping Rondo, with the entire Big 3 on the floor no less, and fail miserably?  I'm really enjoying this game.

Celtics are in their smothering mode right now, where the other team can do nothing to advance their position.

Man I love this team so much.

I feel like everyone in the starting lineup is an All-Star.

  • Let's Go Celtics
"They're trying to get Pierce going.  It's like the Dream Team trying to get Larry Bird a basket."

Max just can't help himself sometimes.  His mind would go to that while the Celtics are putting together one of their best quarters of the year.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."
