Persian cat, 12 years old, so so silly, house would be empty without her  ;D

Can't view the pic  ???

Maine Coon's are the best!  I had one as a kid and he was awesome.  I'd have one now but it seems that I've become allergic.

He's much more dog like than your average cat.  He's also the only other "guy" in the house.  There's my wife, two daughters, the girl dog, 3 hens, me and the cat.  He's a good pal.

Our cats are quite good at playing fetch.
It's not like we taught them. They just
fetch whatever toy we might be throwing.
Great stuff  :)

maestro, go get a pet, cat, dog, whatever.
You won't regret it!

...and R.I.P., Buddy bestest doggy I ever knew!  Here shown in our driveway at 8:00 am returning home after escaping for a night on the town.  He was too tired and ashamed to announce his return and be let in.

Gotta say it got a little dusty in my house as I read this. Reminded me of Fennel, my bestest bud from 10 to 20. She went too soon.

Buddy was awesome.  He was my wife's dog for about 6 years before we started dating.  Within a couple of weeks of us dating I'd swing by her house and pick Buddy up if she was working and take him for a ride, or just hang out with him.  He was our first kid and he got a ton of love!

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Never wrong to go boxer:

Smart, proud, courageous, protective, tough, but around kids, especially your own, the biggest, cuddliest, bunch of wusses you'll ever meet. A problem though. They act like puppies until they are like 7 years old.

How right you are. Here's mine, his name is Madlock:

With boxers, quite often the pictures turn out funny ones. Boxers should weigh up to 75 lbs, but mine is 85 at the age of almost 2.

Samson.  Maine Coon Cat.  I'm not a huge cat guy, but Samson is easily the best cat ever!

...and of course Chloe our 5 year old black lab.  Nutty as can be.  Very sweet, but completely and utterly nutty.

I actually took a bunch of pictures of the chickens last week but they're still on the camera.  Perhaps some photos soonish...but I don't really consider them pets.

But I am about to have a yummy fresh egg breakfast!

We have none currently but Sea Monkeys have been a regular pet over the years too.  They are surprisingly entertaining and actually hang around quite awhile.
