Oh I hope Curry keeps Sheed in long enough for him to blow up.  He's so close.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

While the Billups trade may improve Detroit's future, there's no question this is an inferior club to last year's.

Iverson couldn't guard me.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

i said this when the detroit deal went down-the pistons won't make the playoffs. i think they have the talent by far but i just think guys will quit where as other teams will fight tooth and nail to make the postseason.

Yeah we can definitely replace Detroit with the Cavs as our top competition.  The Pistons might be irrelevant come playoff time.  At least when talking about the championship.

I will be real surprised to see this team geling in the springtime.I never cared much for the Pistons but the one guy on the old Pistons i did have a little respect for was Joe Dumars when he played the game, but as a general manager im starting to suspect some of  his moves here.I didnt think it was the coach who were their problem from the jump. They have some issues with players first, like Sheed thinking he can play when the spirit moves him.No matter how good he shoots the 3,if i was the manager,he would have been gone before Chauncey.

Nice to get some run with Pruitt.  It's a lot of fun watching Rip and AI trying hard to get their numbers and bricking every shot they put up.  Rip looked like he had never gotten an offensive board before when he shanked that putback.

Are the Celtics that good or are the Pistons that bad?
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Rip is really missing Chauncey the most...no more feeding him the ball all the time.AI will not go that route night after night.Get your own Rip.
