Good overall. Everyone on the bench has upped their game. Scal hit two shots in a row and a block during a short stretch.

The only thing is that we need to defend better in transition. Only reason they're within 10.

He's still holding it too much in the post. He needs to be more decisive with what he wants to do.
Quicker more aggressive defenders will strip him while he pounds it.

Of course as soon as I type that we play some poor offense and give up three quick buckets.

We need Rondo in the game coming out of this timeout.  Our offense is nowhere near executing right now.

Looks like Pierce is gonna play the whole second half tonight.  :-[
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

He didn't play at all during the second quarter!

You called it Rondo back in the game. Perk had a really nice block.

Rondo is leading the team in pts, rebs, and assts right now.  But we're playing like we're waiting for the clock to run out.

Is that Perk or Duncan?

How do the Knicks not get a layup out of a three on one? Terrible fast break to let Rondo foul easily like that.

ATL's bubble has really burst hasn't it.

You win some, you lose some.  For most teams, it goes back and forth.  For Atlanta, they just like doing the winning and losing all in a row...

I remembered that as soon as I typed it.  It probably was Doc's plan all along.  He'll finish around 34 minutes which is good.  I still would like to see him get a few minutes rest though.  Not as much for the future but for the rest of the fourth quarter.  Playing a whole half is tough for anyone to do.
