these refs are deffinetly losing their minds
and this whole point forward thing with paul pierce...Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.?

Hawks are playing very good defense, but the C's are also settling for bad shots.

Looks like Bad Tony showed up for tonight's game.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Didn't we suffer from bad officiating when we played the Hawks last year?

just what i was thinking. Refs picking up where they left off.

18-4 runs without Bibby, Smith, or Horford have nothing to do with the refs.

yup...I know last games didnt look good either, but can we really expect pierce to score 20 plus in every 4th quarter? I mean this is getting ridicoulous
we are not playing good basketball right now...and its becoming somewhat obnoxious...How lucky are we to be 7-1 right now?

Refs had a few bad calls in the 1st quarter, but the Celtics are just playing poorly now. Not playing their typical league-best defense, settling for bad shots, taking way too many 3's and have not had good point guard play thus far. Couple those issues with the Hawks playing very well and the score shouldn't be too shocking, but I agree with Tommy, there is 0% chance they play like this after halftime, C's still win.

True, was talking 1st qtr more than now. 18-4 run when they are already spotted a 6 to 10 point lead. Bad calls took fans out of the game.
