Congrats to the dude but I have a probing question: I don't believe Jerry has ever won a championship in Utah. At what point is it the coach's fault and not the players?

It would be nice to see what Sloan could do if he had a true superstar on his team.  He's had great players like Malone, Stockton, Daron Williams, and Boozer, but he's never had a player like Jordan, Hakeem, Shaq, Duncan in his prime.  Those are the guys that always win the championships.  The only team that won a title without a guy of that caliber was the Pistons a few years ago.
