Just quickly,

Hey all from down under, great to be back again.

Good to see that the NBA website expanded its products to accommodate the International audience, namely the International League Pass, only problem it buffers nonstop, hopefully they fix that in days to come.

Anyway.....

Just finished watching Game 1 of the 1985 NBA Finals, a 148-114 Celtic win, also known as the;

“Memorial Day Massacre”

I just don't understand how the hell the Lakers came back from that defeat to beat us in 6 games.

I was only 3 when that happened, so I wouldn't have had a clue it was going on at the time, but I'm sure a few on here were there, I'm asking you guys;

"HOW THE HELL DID WE LOSE THAT SERIES?"

Considering our history of always delivering when it counted, it seems like that was the biggest drop off we've ever experienced, would've killed me if I had to witness that.

Someone once said "Those Who Forget History Are Doomed to Repeat It", well I hope I'm not alive when it does repeat, I couldn't stand losing to the Lakers after thumping them in Game 1.
