None.

Dickerson also mentioned that he hopes it's not necessary to use Bill.  Doc apparently made it evident that Bill is the 11th or 12th man on this team, so I don't expect him to see minutes unless there's a blowout or an ejection.

well, if this means that walker has been working hard and impressing the coaching staff during practice, it is good news.

the bad news is that POB may be living down to everyone's lowest expectations. sigh.

Good. I think Walker should be on the active roster, the team needs a second option on the wing behind Tony Allen off the bench.

bill walker looked good at times in the pre-season, but i didn't see that much. he looks to me like the best candidate of the newcomers to contribute this season.

why isn't he playing more ??

I hope Walker keeps improving and earns some rotation minutes, but I really don't see his ceiling as being nearly as high as a lot of people.  I love his aggresiveness, but his jumper isn't there yet.  And I hope this will change as his knees get stronger, but I really don't see him as an outstanding physical athlete.  Yes, his vertical is amazing and he is very strong, but quickness is more important and I don't see much quickness at all.

I think Walker has looked good - but TA is way ahead of him. Its going to be tough for him to get minutes without someone getting hurt.

because we don't need him, he's the 10th or 11th man in a 9 man rotation.

Doc has actually done a pretty good jub of doing what i loathed him for in the past, finding a good rotation and sticking with it.

As much as I like Walker, and think he is going to be a hell of a player, by the end of the preseason, he was definitely showing that he still needs a lot more work before he can be very effective.  He needs to improve either his handle or his outside shot before he is able to give much of anything offensively to this team, and he still has a little ways to go on the defensive end as well (although he did look good for a rookie).

Walker will play this year, just like Pruitt.  But it is not going to be immediate gratification.  Expect it to be similar to BBD last year.  Slowly worked into the rotation, based on matchups, until they get more comfortable, and actually earn the minutes.
