I believe the C's will get much better, just by improving their shot efficiency. It's difficult to be a defensive squad if your offense is so erratic:

FG:

Ray Allen 11/30
Tony Allen 10/29
Eddie House 3/18 (!)
Kendrick Perkins 5/13
Glen Davis 1/7

FT:

Rajon Rondo 12/24
Paul Pierce 14/22

So far, the defense has been up and down, but the offense has been really subpar. Only a great Pierce performance in the season opener has saved us from being 1-2 so far. The positive aspect is that sooner or later these shooting % have to go up, and therefore the whole team will solidify both ends of the floor

Thought I'd throw in some actual %'s

FG:

Ray Allen 11/30 .367
Tony Allen 10/29 .345
Eddie House 3/18 .167
Kendrick Perkins .385
Glen Davis 1/7 .143
TEAM: .409

FT:

Rajon Rondo 12/24 .500
Paul Pierce 14/22 .636
TEAM: .667

The 61 turnovers in 3 games ain't so hot either.

3 game stats are not going to tell a whole hell of a lot. But yeh, it's not a great start statistically.

Yup

yea, those stats are definitely starting to get me worried. ray ray's shot being off seems like the norm, instead of a cold streak.

Become Legendary.

FG% and FT% also have me a little worried, as well as Turnovers.

i really think its them getting caught off guard by the 110% effort coming right at them. but i didn't think that we'd see the effect of that so early...  :-\
