Pierce's best *complete player* season is yet to come.

His one man showmanship year was the '02 season when he pretty much stunned the Nets with 46 pts in the second half. The '06 season, with all the stellar 30 ppgs, was great and all but someone, it lacked the virtuoso which was '02. I'd say... take the '02 year, replace 'Toine with KG, replace Kenny with Ray Ray (yeah, I know its a weird thought), and we lose to the Lakers but in 7, back at the Staples Center with Shaq & Horry, not Kobe, saving the day, 101-95.

PP's perfect season will be next year, when he has confidence in everyone around him. That's when he'll pull down a board and bullet a pass to the right man. Likewise, his occasional blocks will be deflected to a teammate to keep the forced turnover in motion. That'll be the Oscar Robertson year where getting triple doubles become normal and everyone around him starts to look like seasoned veteran. All and all, when Pierce does that, we repeat as champions.
