Anyways who do you think are the top 10 players in the league

My List: Not accurate but the best I could make in 4 minutes

1. Kobe (overrated but best closer in the game)
2. Lebron (no one wants to guard him)
3. Kevin garnett (best all-around game)
4. D-Wade (explosive and avg 35 ppg in 06 finals)
5. Chris Paul (Last season's REAL MVP)
6. Tim Duncan (most succesful player since MJ)
7. Paul Pierce (played all-team defense this year)
8. Deron Williams (He has the skills)
9. Yao Ming (best center)
10. Dwight Howard (dunking and defense)

I'm sure your wondering where' Steve Nash, Dirk Nowiztki(however you spell it), Amare, Carmelo, Tracy, and others are but players who don't play defense and give up as much points as they earn themsleves aren't top players. Even Iverson(my fav all time player) dissapointed me this year because of his no-defensive play.

Rasheed could be the best player in the N.B.A. If he had a mentalaty like Garnett because he is the only player that can play with his back to the basket and shoot from any where on the floor and shoot over any player and is great passing out a double team. Great defense to when he tries!

If Rasheed Wallace didn't stray away from the paint so much he could have had a title in 2005,2006, and 2007

He could have had 4 Titles right now

Among other things, I'm confused about the placing of Kobe at number one with the "overrated" tag.  Care to elaborate?

Easy go on NBA blogs and look at all the "Kobe is the greatest laker ever" or "Kobe>Michael" or "Kobe can score 81 points anytime he wants too".

And lets not forget Kobe's overrated all-team defense he doesn't deserve.
Kobe over Bowen, Pierce, Bell, and Battier. Heeeeeeellll NAW!

Lakers win- (Kobe is better than MJ)
Lakers lose- (Lamar Odom and Pau Gasol suck)

Steve Nash over Kobe? Did you watch Tony Parker expose Nash in the playoffs? Tony Parker blew by him everytime with the floater. Steve Nash earned his Regular Season MVPS but in the playoffs no way a championship player.

Pierce over KG? Kobe? Dwight Howard? CP3?

Your list doesn't make much sense to me.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

^^^^^ agreed but Paul I think is better than D Howard because Dwight usually dunks over smaller centers. Remember how he struggled against the Pistons tho when rasheed and Ontonio was guarding him!

Put Dwight in the 90s and David Robinson or Hakeem would own him!

  • Yup
1. Lebron
2. Kobe
3. KG
4. CP3
5. Duncan
6. Wade
7. Pierce
8. D-Howard
9. Ming
10. Ginobili

Top 9 I can see with maybe a little mixing around.  I'd put D. Williams or Dirk Nowitzki ahead of Manu.
Yup

I think Center and Power Forward are the most important position in basketball, but I can't put Yao on my list. He just isn't healthy enough, and his position is too important for him not to be healthy.
