Of course with the way Texas can put up runs they'd best keep hitting (and with Wakefield Jr. on the hill who knows what to expect)

Where's wdleehi with that "pat yourself on the back" smiley thing ;)

I'll throw a TP your way, Redz. This game reminds me less of that more Marlins blowout from five years ago now. It's more like one of my softball games at this point.

Thanks.  Didn't the Sox lose the rest of that series to the Marlins?

Texas has had a bunch of these type games this year.

Oh heck I have no clue. I remember Pavano started the blowout game, and that the Marlins won it all that year as the wildcard.

And there goes the lead. Unbelievable.

Actually, now I'm thinking of another game. The Sox were up 10 runs on the Blue Jays in the 1st inning back in '89. I go out and play and when I come back in it's like, 10-8. The Sox lost in extra innings, and Marty Barrett suffered a leg injury that he never really came back from.

Not even my favorite episode of "Perfect Strangers" could have cheered me up at that point.

I'm absolutely beside myself right now.  I understand that the Rangers offense is very good, but no offense should be good enough to come back after being down 10-0 and especially in a matter of only 5 innings.

Much respect to the Rangers but I see this happening because a very unimpressive debut from Charlie Zinc and the bullpen going back to their old ways and completely imploding.

One of the most pathetic games of the year.  If we go on to lose this game, it will be one of the biggest heartbreakers of the season.

It's nights like these that make me believe we're not even close to a championship team this year.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

I remember that Toronto game.  I believe Ernie Whitt hit a grandslam for the Blue Jays.  I was a kid myself and remember being shocked and asking my dad if he had ever seen something like that and he was like "No way."

We need a field goal. Remember, the game is won or lost in the trenches......

Edit: Vasquez is killing them tonight.

Then again if we win this one it might be a turning point.  I feel like there is a lot riding on this game right now.

Lol, like I said there's no reason to worry about Youk. Definately one of the more exciting games ive seen in a long time, however the way it has gone it ain't over yet.

This will be a HUGE win if Paps finishes it off. A bonus is we saved Masterson for tomorrow, that was good managing by Tito because he had to save somebody and Masterson can go thel ongest of anyone in the Pen.

And here we go, one on with 1 out, Paps needs to finish this or im gonna lose years off my life.
