I thought the Clippers were going to be the worst in the West, this changes alot, also picking up Camby for nothing was huge.

Jason Williams = Third string point guard.

Jason Hart is a superior player and will be the backup.

Mike Taylor is quite possibly also a superior player but that judgment isn't finalized yet. Has some promise though. I'd rather play him over J-Will.

This has to be a joke. I almost spit up my water. I can't remember the last time Jason Hart did anything of note. I think it was back when he played for Charlotte.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

Isn't that 7 players on the Clippers now who at one time or another have thought of themselves as PGs?

Davis
Williams
Livingston
Eric Gordon
Jason Hart
Mike Taylor
and (shudder) Smush Parker

Davis is certainly the best and highest paid of the group.  Maybe I'm missing something - what's the obsession?

Well Livingston isn't on their roster. Gordon is most def more shooting guard than point. And Taylor will either be cut or will be the third string shooting guard.
PG: B.Davis, J.Williams, J.Hart
SG: C.Mobley, E.Gordon, M.Taylor
SF: A.Thorton, R.Davis, T.Thomas
PF: M.Camby, B.Skinner, S.Novak
C: C.Kaman, D.Jordan, P.Davis
Smush Parker, Quinton Ross, Nick Fazekas, Marcus Williams, Livingston, and Dan Dickau are all FA who won't be resigned or have already signed elsewhere from last years roster. Still this lineup has the potential to be alright on defense, and it will most def be potent on offense. Camby, Kaman, Thorton, Skinner, and Jordan all have the ability to be decent-good defenders, and B.Diddy has the strength and athleticism to be good. Then offensively Kaman, Thorton, Mobely, Gordon, R.Davis, and B.Diddy will all provide plenty of punch. Plus Camby isn't awful on that side either. I say they fight for the 7th or 8th seed out West barring injuries.

Well, at least it makes some sense then!

Thanks

How did they get Ricky Davis to fall for 2.3 million?

Who's Ricky's agent?

wow, after Elton bolted for the Sixers i just wrote off the Clips as an early lottery pick, but after looking at the roster they wont be bad. They just lack frontcourt depth. DeAndre Jordan at back-up center scares me alot...

I still don't think they'll make the playoffs.

Unless Baron averages around 30ppg and 12 assists.
