Wow..this is great!

I would have to say:

RBI Baseball
Ice Hockey
SMB - the first one.
Bases Loaded
Tecmo Bowl
and for bonus points, the original Pro Wrestling.  Star man, the fish guy who chomped on faces...just classic!

1. Super Contra
2. Double Dribble
3. TMNT
4. Blades of Steel
5. Arch Rivals

Ah the days of NES, where you blow into the cartridges to make it work. I totally miss that. I can't really blow on my PS3 discs...

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
1) Little League World Series

YESSSSS!!!!  Canada owned that game.  It's still my favorite.  TP for that.

In order:

1. Little League World Series
2. Tecmo Super Bowl
3. Mike Tyson's Punch Out - note, I didn't get this game until college, and began skipping French class every day to play it.  When I finally beat Mike Tyson (months and months later), I called everyone I knew.  I understand if you don't believe me.
4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game
5. Blades of Steel/Anticipation - note, Anticipation only became great for me when it became a drinking game.  It was a pictionary type game where none of the drawings were actually legible (Nintendo couldn't handle a curved line) and the game mocked you and refused to tell you the answer if you guessed wrong.  This game has been responsible for many fist fights and broken friendships in my life, and will always hold a special place in my heart.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

The original Techmo Bowl was the best game ever. I wasted way too many hours playing that game.

Mike Tyson's punch out was great too.

Worst thing about NES is if you tapped the system it would reset. So every time I was kicking my bros ass in Techmo He'd just tap the system with his foot. Also you had to put a Skoal Can in the system to get the game to work. Dam, I loved NES. They had a ton of really crappy game thou.

Can of Skoal?  What, did you get the Limited Edition Kentucky version?

lol J/K.

After this threads joy wears off, someone has to do another for the SNES.  Sorry, I'm a little younger and that was where most of my all time favorites come from.

Too young to understand. NES was so ghetto you needed to put a second tape in to get it to work or any type of chew can to hold it down. You had to blow into the cartridge to get it to work. There was a science to it.

Forgot to add:

Double Dribble
Blades of Steel
Contra
Kung Fu
Double Dragon
Top Gun

I played Jaws for a while but that game sux pretty bad.

It's hard to pick just 5, but here are a few of my favorites:

Zelda

Mega Man 2

Ice Hockey - 2 Medium Guys and 2 Big Guys

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? - Took me forever, but I finally knocked out the Judge.

Burgertime - Loved spraying the eggs with pepper.

Life Force - Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left Right, B, A, B, A, Select, Start
"Coach you were 24 and 58 last year, why the playoff talk?"
"Well we made a couple of key trades . . . and we got The Funk."

In no order:

Double Dribble
Metal Gear (Snake rules!)
Jordan vs. Bird
Super Mario Brothers (all)
NARC
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue... natural justice. This is not vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No. Not vengeance. Punishment.

Jaws was impossible to kill at the end of the game...I really feel I wasted a significant portion of my childhood trying to shoot a stupid video game shark.
