I am lobbying for the Oklahoma Turbines. 

Oklahoma tycoon T Boone Pickens is in the process of building the world's largest wind farm in the state of Oklahoma.  Although he made his money in oil, he sees the future in alternative fuels.  It's a forward thinking name, reshaping the image of the state.  Plus, turbines are tall, lean and strong and good attributes if you play hoop.

(and this post may be considered full of wind too, but I think it's a good name and I'm sticking with it)
