I read somewhere that Artest was asked if he would take a paycut for a chance to get a championship and replied, " Not in a million years. In fact, not in 10 million years." Shows what matters most to him.

I don't know what Odom makes but a semi straight up Odom for Artest trade would seem to make sense for both teams. Or maybe Artest and a player for Odom.

To him?  In the history of the NBA, who was the player that took a 35% paycut during his prime (28 years old, healthy), just to have a chance of winning a championship? Is there a single case? I know that Artest is insane, but not that much...
