We saw Lebron 7 games.  Kobe 6 games.

Who did you think was better?

To me, Lebron was more impressive.  Yes, he started off worse offensively then Kobe.   But he adjusted and improved as he went through to the point he was more effective against the Celtics defense.  I was also much more impressed with his defense.

i voted kobe because for the past 2 years since lebron has really come into his own i've been saying that it's him who is the best talent and most unstoppable force in the nba.

following these playoffs i'm re-thinking this. it's no longer as one-sided as i would have said 2 months ago.

Lebron, hands down.

Great athletic ability + quickness for his size while being strong (able to run over people and get calls).

Also, I'm sure we were much more scared playing against Cleveland, especially in game 7.

Kobe's good, but I admit he is overrated.

LBJ all the way.  Kobe is a better scorer, but LBJ is a better all around player.  I think alot of that has to do with the fact that Lebron is every bit as athletic, despite being significantly bigger.

When we shut down Lebron's scoring, he still hurt us.

When we shut down Kobe's scoring, the Lakers collapsed.

Without a doubt, if I'm starting a team tomorrow, I want Lebron.  Enough with this "Kobe is as good as Michael".  He's not even the best player in the NBA.

Kobe is still better but not for long. Bron will overtake him next season, he's so close already.

Kobe is the true NBA MVP.  Did you see those shots he was having to make?  They were high difficulty shots, against terrific defense and he still made them.  He's also a top-notch defender and passer.

The Celtic defense was just so good that it made Kobe much less efficient than he would otherwise have been.  In my humble opinion, I don't think LeBron could have done any better against the defense that the Celtics had in the Finals.  The Celtics got better as the post season progressed.  This is not the same Celtic team that took seven games to beat Cleveland.

I think Kobe is still better, but after watching these playoffs, I definitely think the Cavs were the best team we played. If they had managed to beat the Celtics, I think they probably would have won it all, and I can't believe I am saying that.

I always thought bron bron was better. bron bron is a beast, when his jumper is falling he is unstopable, compare bron bron game seven to kobe "I only pick on hotel workers in colordo" byrant in game six and u have your answer.

Lebron scared the heck out of me during that Cleveland series.  I think Kobe's the better player right now (Gonna change soon) but no one struck fear through me this postseason like Lebron James.

Same here, and he's only gonna get better( probably on both ends, ). Look out if he ever gets some real running mates......

Totally agree man!! I still remember myself thanking God we had Pierce in such an unbelievable day on Game 7 against the Cavs!!
