I guess you can say that he and his girl "hit the town" when they went out for dinner. ::)  No big deal.

If the C's lose tonight's game, then this will be a huge deal.......

Certainly this means nothing, and is pure speculation, but did anyone else see Doc's postgame speech in the lockerroom, when he emphatically repeated "get your rest" to the players about 10 times?

I get the feeling that some of the players (Pierce being the most likely) might have stayed out a little later than Doc would have wanted before game 3.

Hopefully they learned their lesson.

Yeah, he asked for his prediction for Game 3.  He also asked Paul how his steak was, meaning Paul and his girl went out to a nice steak dinner, not quite a scandal.

TMZ sucks, the guy with the questions is a loser.  He's lucky it was Pierce who has a sense of humor and at least was laughing at the guy by the end.  If that was KG I think it might've been a different story.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Why?  That was Monday night, not last night. ::)

I heard he forgot to floss before bed that night and he has a stringy piece of beef caught in there that could be causing him some distraction.   ::)

They were busting on Rondo this morning on WEEI for writing on his blog on his day off during the Finals.  They felt he should be concentrating on the game and recouping etc...Given what he wrote, I'm guessing it couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes- and that's being generous.  http://www.yardbarker.com/users/RajonRondo

Are these guys not allowed to be human?  The fact is, they have more idle time than most of us will ever know (even during the months they're "working".
Yup

exactly! I mean, the guy is from the area, what is he supposed to do, tell his girl sorry, there are some fine places to eat just around the corner but until we win 2 more games we are just going to sit in the hotel and order room service for dinner? Man needs to eat before big games!
