He means the Lakers are "Socal's collective Head". Paul is the Only good thing from L.A. right now. But, Paul was born in Oakland before moving to Inglewood as a child. It's all Cali Love. But yeah, Leon goes Hella hard Mayne. I hope he continues to bang on them Lakers with thunderous Dunks baby.

1) I was hoping nobody would catch that.

2) As someone pointed out, he was born in Oakland (built-in response!)

NorCal owns. 

(Sorry, I grew up right smack between San Fran and LA then went to school in Santa Barbara, which pushes the threshold on entering official SoCal status.  Lots of Laker fans there... I couldn't stand it.)
