Moving Picks -- when was the last time one was called?

While watching Ilgauskus protect shooters like Logan Mankins run blocking on a sweep in this series, I noticed that the moving pick has pretty much become accepted in the NBA. Wouldn't Perkins, Powe and BBD be perfect at this -- why don't we continue the pick to the same extent that other teams do?
