Have you ever seen these things feed, Edgar? It's like something straight from Dante's Inferno! Reminds me of eating lunch with my prep-school football team ... truly a nightmare!

  • KG is da Man
Let's end the discussion between the 'fisher, panther, cobra and tasmanian devil' by just callin KG -'the ANIMAL'!
Anything is possible!!!

There's a reason sprinters start from blocks rather than upright, so I can see someone like KG trying to carry it into his sport.  Gotta be heck on your knees going side to side however, and the added time it takes to establish your upright balance in basketball I'm sure would generally wipe out the advantage.

The dude's freakishly tall, sleek and skinny, so I can see where he'd remind himself of a snake in a way, and here he'd be a snake waiting in the grass to strike.  All he'd need to do is refer to himself as getting into the 'cobra position' a few times, however, and any nickname potential would have taken off on its own.  Oh well, interesting guy.

While the fisher story is worth tons of points in favor of naming KG's pose the Fisher, there has to be some consideration for the intimidation factor of a name. I'm sorry, but ain't nobody gonna get intimidated by "The Fisher."

The black footed ferret is a bad mofo. Sneaks into prairie dog dens in the middle of the night, stands on all fours directly over the sleeping prairie dog and taps it on the shoulder. When the dog looks up - BAM! - teeth to the jugular. Bad ass, if you ask me. But nobody is going to say, "Oh man, that Black Footed-Ferret is intimidating!"

The panther... Bron-Bron turns his Fruit of the Looms into a fudge factory...
