He needs to get out the sticky glue and lace Damp's behind to the bench. He shouldn't start. He shouldn't play. He should be a spectactor from here on out.

He's doing absolutely nothing for the team. His defensive presence is useless against New Orleans. Tyson Chandler isn't going to score anyway and he's only a liability against Paul's screen and rolls.

Start Dirk at centre, he's a good enough defensive rebounder to handle Chandler, and play Brandon Bass against David West. Get quicker. Get more scoring. Get your best big man defenders on the screen and roll.

agree totally. I fear however, that the only thing that could give the mavs a chance is if somehow they either went back and undid the trade, or used the same time machine to grab j-kidd circa 2002.
