A few hours before tip-off vs. the Lakers thursday, my beautiful wife gave birth to our first child, Avett. They're both getting some much-needed sleep right now after another long night of feeding. Our newest Celtic fan was born weighing Russell-Rondo and Don Nelson & 1/2 inches long....  He's everything we both hoped he'd be and we love him so much..., though I'll admit it all feels surreal at times. And of course two folks have already gotten us these:  I can't wait to watch our first game together (he slept through the CHI win), celebrate our first championship together, and see our first game live together ..... among other lesser milestones like walking, talking and all that boring stuff  PS. If anyone in Lucky's 20-team fantasy leagues has sent me an offer, this is why I've not gotten back to you |

Baby's first Christmas is great fun. With all the ooohs and ahhhhhs over lights and sometimes even the tearful shock on the first encounter with Santa.
I was never a picture taker, so my advice...take lots and lots of pictures! And enjoy every minute!
