Cooley is evidently on a 10-day contract with the Kings. He is literally a rebounding machine. I know that it is only three games, but his PER is a 33.55. I realize that he will NOT continue to shot over 58% from the floor, but ...
If the Kings do not re-sign him to a 10-day, which they likely will, is it too late to ADD him and have him be playoff eligible. I think it is too late.
Regardless, I like him as a vet minimum possible addition for next year.
Thoughts??

Every time I've seen Cooley play he plays well and with high energy. Most of the games I've seen him play have been summer league games but he looks like a serviceable 3rd string big.

Isn't he playing in the NBA? He played 18 minutes on Saturday and had 7 pts 7rbs 2asts and 1stl. I think that makes him an NBA player by any definition.
