No way Lebron and a bunch of prospects make the playoffs nevermind win a game. Better off judt trying to make a team of the future, in which your NBA pkayer could be really young and grow with the team.

The OP did say assume you have the #1 seed in the east already, and just win one playoff game. Odd rules, but if we are playing by them, I really don't think my team would get swept by the Heat or Bucks.
I mean look at the guys Lebron is playing with right now. Their last game had George Hill, Jeff Green, Jose Calderon, and Ante Zizic start next to him. Off the bench was Clarkson, John Holland, Smith, and Perrantes. That is a terrible group around him, and I don't think anyone thinks they would get swept first round against an 8 seed, even if their injured guys don't come back.
