He's got a concussion - hand tremors aren't unusual. It was a scary moment though.

It happens if you take a hard blow sometimes.  Bodies twitch, it can happen when someone is shot too.

That's a dead giveaway sign of a brain injury.

Hopefully they'll hold him out of all action for a little bit.
