Saw where Terrence Jones is signing with a D-League team...with Morris having knee issues, I wouldn't mind seeing Celtics signing Jones

He always had a lot of promise but never put it together. He's versatile, though, and has the type of game that I think Stevens would like if he could finally put the pieces together. Might be worth kicking the tires.

18 months ago Terrance Jones didn’t get a qualifying offer in Houston, so he signed a 1-year minimum deal in New Orleans. They released him before the trade deadline. He went unclaimed off waivers. He eventually signed with the Bucks, who released him just weeks later — they didn’t want to take him to the playoffs.
This summer he signed with a Chinese team, but last month got kicked out of practice after a confrontation with his coach and was released.
No thank you.

There was seemingly a thread a month about him last year.

And several people here complained when Ainge didn't sign him after being released months ago. OMG

This couldn't be more incorrect. He's a shoot first/ball stopper. Definitely not the type of guy Stevens would want.

I think he had his best games against us. Just one of those random things. In other words, he's not as good as he looked in the few games he played against us. But maybe I remember it wrong. He impressed me once at least I think I can remember. Anyway; no. Seems like something's up.

One of the Plumlees is available. Marshall is big, runs the floor well, bangs bodies inside and finishes strong to the hoop.
A big is really needed. We have good ones like Baynes and Theis on top of Horford. Not enough though.
