Hey guys, thought I would bring your attention to a potential 2018 NBA Draft prospect I recently learned about. His name is Anfernee Simons and he is a 5th year high school player who is eligible for this years draft. He recently said he would test the waters of the draft, gauge interest, and make a decision on whether or not to enter. I guess he is making his decision based on the Louisville scandal after initially verbally committing there. Here are more details: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2744979-5-star-sg-prospect-anfernee-simons-considering-entering-2018-nba-draft
He is a high-upside guard with good handle, a nice jumper with deep range, and good athleticism at 6'3". Obviously we don't need more guards as of right now but we could depending on the Marcus Smart situation and how that plays out. He is a knock-down shooter which our bench could certainly use (although Rozier has been shooting well lately).
Definitely someone we could consider with our 28th-30th pick if we make the selection. He is a consensus top 10 high school player and if he does end up playing college ball, many draft experts think he could be a top 10 pick. Reminds me alot of Markelle Fultz (who still is a great prospect imo). Worth the gamble late in the first round but I bet if he declares he will get a promise and go higher in the draft. Very skinny but he can really shoot the ball and has a scorer mentality.

If he becomes a PG version of another Anfernee without the injuries I'd pick him ASAP
