When guys swing their elbows recklessly, they deserve to get tossed.
When a guy eyes his defender and lines up his connect, he deserves to be suspended.

I don't think he meant to hit him in the head. I'm not even sure that he did. Plenty of floppage from Westbrook there, too.

I dont know friend.. IF you look at the video you can see him looking right at Westbrook before he swung the Elbow..

It was definitely intentional, but it doesn't look like he intended to hit him in the head. And Westbrook did sell it.

I think it was intentional, but it also looked to me like it wasn't even his elbow that connected, but instead the lower part of his upper arm, and I think Westbrook sold it some. That said, Cousins should realize he's on a short leash because of his track record, and not pull these types of stunts.

After the comments, I figured that this was something egregious.
Give him a flagrant, because that’s the rule. In terms of throwing elbows, though, that was no worse than Tatum’s last week. The offensive player is recklessly creating space / trying to shed the defender.

But Cousins flipping out that Westbrook flopped made me roll my eyes, he got em and pretty good.

The biggest loser of the NBA. A decade to get to .500, maybe. A joke of a leader, that would be outsmarted/provoked by an average Euroleague big. The most overated guy of the past decade.
