Title: It’s a jungle out there

Has anyone been to a Randy Newman concert?  Does he put on a good show?  I like some of his stuff, but some just makes me cringe and I can’t decide whether or not to get tickets.

I missed a concert he put on a couple of years ago, but a friend who went had great things to say.  I was sorry I couldn’t make it.

I just found out that Tom Rush (one of my favorites) is coming to town.  My decision just got harder.  I can’t go to every concert...LOL...my league pass subscription would go to waste!

I heard his show is pretty short   :D :D :D

Actually...that is the song I really don’t like, so wouldn’t mind if it were cut to make the show a little shorter.   love “Jungle” though...love Monk.  Quirky.  But I am getting a stronge  urge for going to the Rush concert.

I'm not a concert-goer, so I can't say if Newman puts on a good show... but I think he's a very talented songwriter and I bet his show has a lot of humor.  I agree Short People is not a great song and you'll have to plan to be annoyed by it, but he's a clever and funny guy -- I bet it would be entertaining.
