Jontay was a top 10 recruit of 2018 (the class that Bagley is still in). Jontay is the brother of Michael porter Jr
.
Birthday: 11/15/99 (eligible for upcoming draft)
NBA Position: PF/C
Ht: 6-10
Wt: 240
Grade 94 on espn recruiting site: about same as Mitchell Robinsons grade (Jontay still around top 10 presumably for the class of 2017)

Highlights:

my own observations from a few highlights: a big that has very good passing and ball handling ability. Decent shot and might have range
He reclassified because "Every team we've played on together has had major success, so hopefully that trend continues."

Maybe we grab em both?

The only thing I'm a little worried about is his leaping ability, and the lack of it. Barley gets off the grounds on a lot of the blocks and boards. Would need better foot work in the NBA to get shots off and box out more for boards. Every thing else looks solid, needs to be quicker on the out side shot since he'd have bigger and faster guys on him.

But he's young and still go grow a couple more inches. I'd consider him with the second pick if his brother lands to us with our first pick. :)

good eye, didn't notice that kind of low leaping cuz he's a bit long. I do like his passing and ball handling. And he's going to be one of the youngest draft picks I'm sure so I agree there's time to fix those things
