They are the worst run franchise in sports hands down.
You would think a major market like that would be great all the time.
-
Atlanta could actually becomes much worse. Not good for our Nets and Lakers pick.

I wouldn't say the worst hands down. The Jets and Mets are also really bad.
As well as Chicago teams. Bears and Bulls.
But I get the point. They overpayed. They could of got Gerald Green at 3 million a season and he may be more productive.
-
A young guard who can get you 15 points per game efficiently and doesn't need many minutes to do it is pretty valuable. This isn't that awful a contract.
-
That being said, I think recent contracts to similar level guys may have blinded me ;D
-
So, they had him, let go of him, and now basically throwing money at him to get him back.
God, the Knicks are hilarious.
-
Atlanta will match. sorry knicks!!
-
What the hell! Crazy. Hardaway Jr is noting more than a good bench wing.
Almost $20 million a year for a bench wing? Jesus.
Knicks should have kept Phil Jackson.

OK good. Atlanta was in danger of falling too far. In spite of NYK disfunctionality, they still have Porzingis and Melo. That said, I hope ATL signs more players.
-
I guess Atlanta not willing to pay. Knicks paying big money but hard to see it making enough of a difference with how bad the knicks are.
-
I swear the Knicks do this kind of stuff just to troll their fans.
-
Woj said they won’t match:
Atlanta will not match New York's $71M offer sheet to Tim Hardaway Jr., but official notification still hours away, sources tell ESPN.

Perhaps Atlanta might show interest in KCP? Even if they intend on stinking this year they aren't Philly, they need players on the court
