Title: OT anyone know about labor laws in ma?

Sorry about the post didnt want to post this but very curious
Ok so i work at a medical production job, and since last wed we have not worked due to something begin wrong with the system, now my question is we have to use are own vaction time that we have earned and even during snow days if work canceles during snow days we have to use are own time, and they do this?
