Title: Hello from Spain, my first words for you
Post by: Darío SpanishFan on January 26, 2017, 07:34:46 AM: Hi!! I was a usual poster for the old CelticsBlog and have been only reading since. In the last few months I have considered to register again and state my opinions as an overseas fan (which may give you a different approach due to mentality diversity). I once helped CB when I translated a loooong interview into English to Vitor Faverani, now some years ago ;)

I'm writing from Spain. Just to know our (Euro's) sacrifice watching games, Celtics home ones start at 1:30 am in my country :-\ . I have finally decided to register because next months are crucial to our franchise.

1. How do Tommy Points work? Are they unlimited? Can you give as much as you want or are there any restrictions (which I suppose)?
2. Do I have to write the Celtics city, colours, arena, etc every time I post? Or is it removed once you achieve a certain status?

About the prospects, unfortunately watching basketball is very expensive in Spain. I've just seen Ntilikina twice and he is extremely raw, years away of contributing on the NBA. I would pass on him as a Celtic fan. Doncic is very talented, but also was Hezonja, for example. However, Doncic is having real minutes to show it and will be a lottery pick in 2018, even a high one depending on freshmen. He has the Yugoslavian competitor instincts, legit NBA 3pt range and is learning to dribble as a PG. I think we should take a C in 2018 if the Nets pick is high, but Doncic is worth a high pick.

Regarding your questions, 1) TPs are just for fun and have no real value to my knowledge. They're typically given for quality posts, humor, or whatever really.

2) There's no requirements to any of your posts, other than following the forum rules. Ask a mod if you have any concerns.

Yes, a very promising debut. Vitor has just signed for FC Barcelona replacing Joey Dorsey. He has been slowed by injuries since his days with us.
