Title: UNC 83, Hawaii 68
Post by: tarheelsxxiii on November 19, 2016, 03:20:18 AM
A win against Hawaii is big enough to start considering the possibility of a national championship.

How good can this team be?  Paige was really good at the college level, and Brice's loss will be tough.  And they obviously struck out in the off-season.  But their starting 5 is still rock solid, and the roster probably has several guys that could be rotation players in the NBA. Jalek Felton has promise too, just coming up at a bad time with all the freakish PGs this year.

Happy for Barnes! League benefits as a whole when more players succeed with that skill set. Mean jab step.

Haven't seen UNC yet but judging from the draft Kentucky and Duke shouldn't disapoint. Kentucky's been drawing Fab 5 comparisons.

Happy for Barnes, too. And yeah, it may be a tough year.  Duke having landed Giles, Tatum, Monk and Jackson, with Allen still there, is insane.

I think UK and Duke have stronger teams than UNC this year.  One might add Indiana in that mix as well.
