As we are in a lull in the off season, I've been around a year or so now and have no clue what this is. If you ever played franchise mode on NBA 2K and really enjoyed it, then you will love this league. It's a glorified keeper league. It's the realist simulation of the actual NBA I have ever seen.

Haha I love NBA 2k Franchise Mode! I was never aware of this league; I guess I haven't been paying enough attention to people's sigs.
Roy (or anyone that can answer), are there any required qualifiers? And how time-consuming is it? I'm highly interested.
There are three openings for GMs:
Cleveland, with Lebron, DMC, Dirk, Holiday, Iguodala
Pelicans, with Anthony Davis and Wiggins
Pacers, with Chris Bosh, Wes Matthews, Mudiay, Winslow, Porzingis
Just watch out: the league is very clique-ish and unfairly managed. Thus, why 10% of the league left overnight.

I'm not up on my DKC League gossip, regrettably, but I'd vouch for IndeedProceed and Lucky17 if those gentlemen are still involved. I've shared numerous fantasy leagues with both over the years with nothing but fond memories - and I'm a maniac.
