Title: NCAA starts tonight
Post by: arctic 3.0 on November 07, 2013, 08:24:18 AM
Draft watch starts tonight.
With all the wiggins talk we get our first glimpstonight.
IMO nothing I've heard about the kid makes him a lock for the first pic. Number 1 red flag is motor/ drive. Can't gamble the first pick on someone who doesn't show absolute passion when there are multiple highly touted kids who do.
My uninformed prediction is that he slips on the board.
Parker, Randell and Kansas center all counts leapfrog him.
At any rate we can finally start making somewhat informed predictions tonight.
Happy day

I might like it a lot more if they actually follow through with the new directive against hard hand checks.

I'm excited for Tuesday's legends games or whatever they're calling it.  #1 Kentucky vs #2 Mich St and #4 Duke against #5 Kansas.  Probably half or more of the lottery will be in one of those games.

That will be a good night of basketball.

Not a great night to start.

Sure, the NFL game is not that exciting.

But the NBA has the Heat vs. Clippers

And of course the bigger one, NCAA football has Oregon vs. Standford plus Baylor vs. Oklahoma.  Both could have major implications for the BCS title game.
